HI, I’M ISABEL

Women’s health specialist nurse and fertility coach.
I have worked for 14 years as a nurse and the last 7 years as a women’s health specialist in the NHS.
Over the years I’ve witnessed many women going through infertility and early pregnancy challenges. I’ve noticed the impact that the general lack of education about women’s health, hormones and menstrual cycle has on fertility.

I want to tell you that there is hope and there are many things we can do to improve your chances to conceive, no matter if you are trying naturally or through assisted reproductive technologies.

Understanding how your body works and what you can do support it, will give you the power to make the right choices to improve your fertility and get closer to having a healthy pregnancy.

My mission is to help you to get pregnant, through evidence-based information, simple steps and personalised guidance.

This is an all-in-one session and a clear plan to help you kickstart your fertility journey. 
The session allows us to assess your situation and your needs. 
We look at where your challenges are and discuss the sort of support you might need.
On the back of it, you’ll get a detailed and personalized report with everything you need to improve your chances of conceiving, based on the information from our initial consultation (and potential blood test results).
In it, I will give recommendations on nutrition, lifestyle, supplements and anything else applicable to you.

(This package is based on the principles of Nurturing my Fertility (4 months) Program but without the ongoing coaching and support).

3 Month Program

A program designed to optimise the foundations of your health.
We'll delve deep to uncover any obstacles that may be hindering your ability to achieve a healthy pregnancy. Our focus will be on tracking your cycle and ovulation, improving nutrition, incorporating movement, enhancing sleep quality, managing stress, and reducing exposure to toxins, all aimed at enhancing your fertility. We'll tailor our approach to meet your specific needs, identifying the most effective ways to integrate lifestyle changes. These steps will be simple and easy to follow, ensuring you don't feel overwhelmed as we alleviate some of the pressures associated with your fertility journey.

As part of the program, we will cover specific testing and supplement options recommended for your situation.

Cycle Tracking Masterclass

1.5 hour session

An essential class to kickstart your fertility. This is an essential and comprehensive class designed to provide detailed insight into how your menstrual cycle operates, the hormones that play a role, and how they can influence your fertility. Additionally, we will be able to see what your menstrual cycle says about other areas of your health, methods to identify your fertile window and confirm ovulation, characteristics of a healthy menstrual period, appropriate timing for intercourse, and tips for hormone balance, regulate your cycle, get regular ovulation and enhancing fertility.


In this session, you choose what you would like to talk about, whether you need personalised guidance or support to address specific concerns.

When it comes to health there are a lot of intimidating terms, ideas and approaches. My job is to break them down and make them accessible to you. Deconstructing complicated information and medical terminology in a way that can be easily understood and implemented.
Simplicity is also about breaking down your big long-term goals into smaller ones, making them both actionable and achievable.

EVIDENCE BASED

There is a huge amount of information out there but most of it isn’t backed by research.
With such an emotive area, it’s important that the information you are given is not anecdotal.
I will only give guidance that is scientifically backed and evidence based.

HONESTY

For people to make decisions it’s important that all the cards are on the table.
I won’t sugarcoat, overpromise or mislead.
I am a bullshit filter. With lots of contradictory information online I will help you sort through what’s relevant and what’s not. Saving you time. Also, if I’m asked something that I am not sure about, I’ll do all the relevant research before giving an answer.

  • Fertility coaching is beneficial at any stage—whether you're planning to conceive, facing challenges, or seeking proactive support for a healthy pregnancy. It’s a valuable investment no matter if you are trying to get pregnant naturally or by assisted reproductive technologies.

  • Absolutely, and I encourage to do so. (In)fertility is a shared responsibility. Working together will have greater benefits. In my 4 months program, one of the sessions is designed for the male partner. This is to go deeper into his needs to improve fertility.

  • Unfortunately, nobody can guarantee that. There are many factors involved in fertility. Although, working together will considerably increase the chances of it.

  • Yes, fertility coaching can complement medical treatments by focusing on overall health, like improving the quality of eggs and sperm, reducing cellular inflammation and reducing stress (among others) that will potentially enhancing the effectiveness of medical interventions. It is essential to start the sessions at least 3-4 months before starting any treatment.

  • Yes, fertility coaching can provide valuable support, offering strategies to manage diagnosed issues and improve overall reproductive health. You can book a free call to explore options and to find out if I can help in your specific case.

  • Absolutely, we can work in whatever aspect of your PCOS is getting in the way. For example, improving how insulin works in your body, loosing some weight when relevant, and working on getting your ovulation back.

  • The program will work better if it is started at least 4 to 6 months before starting any IVF medication. This way we can work in improving the quality of the eggs and sperm to get a good quality embryo. We will also work in balancing your hormones and reducing cellular inflammation to boost the changes of implantation and improve early pregnancy outcomes. If you already have frozen embryos, we can still work on improving your health and mindset but unfortunately the quality of the embryo will not change.

  • This is one of the main points the program will address, Improving the quality of egg and sperm will improve the changes of conceiving a healthy pregnancy and reduce the risk of miscarriage in future pregnancies.

  • Not necessarily. The only times I advise to wait until the end of the program is when the quality of the egg or sperm needs to be improved. This is if you have had recurrent pregnancy loses or you are waiting to have IUI, IVF or ICSI.
